Paula Pittaro is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and is currently pursuing a postgraduate Specialization in Criminal Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she also serves as a teaching assistant in the courses Theory of Crime and Sentencing.

She began her professional career within the criminal justice system of the Province of Santa Fe, gaining experience in judicial proceedings, criminal investigations and the preparation of legal documents. She subsequently worked at the Gender Violence Office of the Sexual Offences Unit of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and at the Office for the Prevention of Institutional Violence of the Provincial Public Defender’s Office, where she participated in criminal proceedings, handled complaints and prepared habeas corpus actions and other legal submissions.

She later joined Beretta Godoy, where she worked on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the energy and natural resources sectors. Her experience included advising foreign companies, including projects under Argentina’s Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI), conducting due diligence and preparing legal reports and transactional documentation in English.

Paula currently practices at Estudio Durrieu, where she focuses on compliance and white-collar criminal law, advising clients on matters involving money laundering, fraud and financial crimes.

She is fluent in Spanish and has an advanced command of English, particularly in legal drafting and technical legal matters.
