He also holds a D.Phil. in International and Comparative Law from the Universities of Naples and Catanzaro, Italy, and has completed specialized studies in property rights, globalization, human rights, international law, and fundamental rights.

Dr. Tolone Azzariti is a distinguished Professor of Property and International Rights, Comparative Law, and Constitutional Guarantees. He has taught at universities including the University of Oxford (England), Woxsen University (Hyderabad, Telangana, India), the University of Buenos Aires, the University of Palermo (Argentina), the University of Naples Federico II, and the University Suor Orsola Benincasa (Italy).

He is a Visiting Research Fellow at All Souls College and Magdalen College, University of Oxford.

Since 2022, Dr. Tolone Azzariti has been a member of the firm, focusing his practice on international law, transnational criminal law, asset recovery, cryptocurrency law, and cross-border civil and criminal litigation.

He is also a member of the International Legal Office, which has operated for many years across multiple geographical regions, including the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, with a presence in cities such as New York, Buenos Aires, Rome, Vancouver, Paris, Madrid, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv.
