Stefano Mastellone is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral. His dual academic background allows him to approach legal matters from both a legal and a business perspective, particularly in cases involving companies, financial matters and regulatory issues.

Before joining Estudio Durrieu, he worked at the Criminal Court of Guarantees No. 6 of La Plata, where he gained first-hand experience in criminal proceedings and in the operation of the criminal justice system.

He currently practices at Estudio Durrieu, where he assists individuals and companies in criminal, economic and compliance-related matters. His work includes criminal litigation, analysis of complex corporate matters, regulatory issues and cases involving fraud, money laundering and other economic offences.

His professional profile combines legal practice with a strong understanding of business structures, corporate dynamics and financial decision-making, derived from his background in Business Administration.

In addition to his professional practice, Stefano has developed an academic interest in public and constitutional law. He has served as a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and has published legal academic work.
