Ignacio Boulin Victoria is a lawyer who graduated from Universidad de Mendoza, Argentina, and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He also completed the Human Rights Program at American University in Washington, D.C.

His professional experience has a strong focus on international human rights law and international justice. He worked at the Organization of American States, including within the Department of Democratic and Political Affairs and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, where he gained direct experience with the Inter-American human rights system.

Ignacio has extensive experience in international human rights litigation, international criminal law, and asset recovery, and has participated in matters involving Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala, and Chile. His work combines strategic litigation, international legal analysis, and the protection of fundamental rights across different jurisdictions.

In the academic field, he is a Professor of International Human Rights Law at the School of Economics of Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. He has lectured at universities in Argentina and Mexico and has participated as a guest lecturer in international human rights programs abroad.

He is the author of Decisiones Razonables (Marcial Pons, 2014) and has published extensively on legal and constitutional matters. His academic work has been cited by courts in Argentina.
