Martín Monedero is a lawyer specialized in criminal law, with more than eighteen years of experience in the judiciary and in complex criminal litigation. He graduated from Universidad del Museo Social Argentino in 2010 and holds a postgraduate degree in Criminal Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, where he is currently completing a Doctorate in Legal Sciences.

Throughout his career, he held several positions within Argentina’s national and federal criminal justice system. Between 2016 and 2025, he served at Federal Prosecutor’s Office No. 11, first as Deputy Secretary and later as Secretary. In that capacity, he participated in the investigation and litigation of complex cases involving corruption, money laundering, drug trafficking, human trafficking, economic and financial crime and other serious offences.

Previously, between 2007 and 2016, he worked within the National Criminal Justice system, where he gained extensive experience in criminal investigations, procedural matters and the preparation of legal opinions and court submissions involving a broad range of offences.

His current practice focuses on complex criminal litigation, strategic legal advice and the preparation of criminal defenses and private prosecutions, particularly in matters involving economic crime and corruption.

Martín also pursues an active academic career. He teaches Legal Advocacy and Argumentation, Special Criminal Law and Case Law Analysis at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. He has published articles in specialized legal journals on criminal procedure, criminal liability, precautionary measures, statutes of limitation, victims’ rights, constitutional law and case law analysis.

His professional training also includes numerous national and international programs in criminal investigations, organized and economic crime, asset recovery, financial analysis and oral litigation.
