ZBV ABOGADOS ADVISES BANCO HIPOTECARIO IN DEBT ISSUANCE
(Buenos Aires, August 20 2013) -- Zang, Bergel & Vi帽es Abogados advised Banco Hipotecario in the issuance of Series 10, Series 11 and Series 12 notes, issued under the Bank麓s Global Note Program for up to the sum of US$ 500 million (or its equivalent in Argentine pesos). On August 14th, 2013, the Bank successfully completed the placement and issuance of the three series of notes for a global amount of approximately 427 million Argentine pesos. Series 10 has a maturity of 360 days from its issue date, with a face value of 24,523,000 Argentine pesos, at an issue price of 100% of the face value; issued at a fixed rate of 22%, payable on a quarterly basis. Series 11 has a maturity of 21 months from its issue date, and was issued at a nominal value of AR$ 146,137,000 at an issue price of 100% of the face value, issued at a Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada) plus 375 bps per annum, payable on a quarterly basis. Series 12 has a maturity of 48 months from its issue date, and was issued at a nominal value of U$S 44,508,000 at an issue price of 100% of the face value, at a fixed rate of 3.95% per annum, payable on a quarterly basis. The offering was directed to the domestic market, and therefore the notes will be listed in the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, Rosario Stock Exchange, and admitted for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electr贸nico S.A., the Argentine over-the-counter market. BACS Banco de Cr茅dito y Securitizaci贸n, Banco Hipotecario, Banco Santander R铆o, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as underwriters of the placement.
