Global law firm White & Case LLP acted for Banque PSA Finance on its successful Euro 1.2 billion 0.625% Notes due 2016 guaranteed by the French State. The issue, which was completed on 8 April 2013, was the first to benefit from the French State Guarantee which constituted state aid approved by the EU Commission on a temporary basis pending a final decision on the restructuring plan for the PSA group.
White & Case LLP advised Banque PSA Finance in connection with the Notes issuance and Bredin Prat advised in connection with the State Guarantee.
