Zang Bergel & Viñes Abogados advises TARSHOP in notes issuance
(Buenos Aires, April 24, 2014) Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados advised Tarshop S.A. in the issuance of the Series 14 and 15 Notes, issued under the Company’s Global Note Program for up to the sum of US$ 200 million or its equivalent in other currencies. On April 21, 2014, the company successfully completed the issuance of the Notes for a total amount of AR$ 150 million. Series 14 has a maturity of 9 months from its issue date, with a face value of AR$ 30,245,000, at an issue price of 100% of the nominal amount. It was issued at an annual fixed rate of 30%, payable on quarterly basis. Series 15 has a maturity of 18 months from its issue date, with a face value of AR$ 119,755,000, at an issue price of 100% of the nominal amount. Series 15 was issued at a Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada) plus 490 bps per annum, payable on quarterly basis. Banco Hipotecario S.A., BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Banco Santander Río S.A., INTL CIBSA S.A., SBS Sociedad de Bolsa S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. and Balanz Capital S.A. acted as placement agents of the issuance. Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados acted as legal advisor to Tarshop through partner Carolina Arroyo and associates Federico Soldani and Lucas Mazza. Errecondo, González & Funes Abogados acted as legal advisor to the placement agents through partner Carolina Curzi and associate María Constanza Martella.
