ZBV ABOGADOS ADVISES TARSHOP ON NOTES ISSUANCE
(Buenos Aires, July 30, 2012) -- Zang, Bergel & Vi帽es Abogados advised Tarshop S.A. regarding the issuance of the Series VI Notes, issued under the Company鈥檚 Global Note Program for up to the sum of US$ 100,000,000 or the equivalent in other currencies.
On July 27, 2012, the Company successfully completed the issuance of the Notes for a total amount of AR$ 70,147,864.
Series VI has a maturity of 20 months from its issue date, with a face value of AR$ 70,147,864, at an issue price of 100% of the nominal amount. It was issued at a Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada) plus 424 bps per annum, payable on quarterly basis.
Banco Hipotecario, BACS Banco de Cr茅dito y Securitizaci贸n S.A., Banco Ita煤 Argentina S.A., Banco Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., and INTL CIBSA Sociedad de Bolsa S.A. acted as underwriters of the issuance.
Zang, Bergel & Vi帽es Lawyers served as legal advisor to Tarshop through Partner Carolina Zang and Associate Pablo Schreiber.
Errecondo, Salaverri, Delatorre, Gonzalez & Burgio acted as legal advisor to the underwriters through Partner Javier Errecondo, and Associates Facundo Goslino and Lucas Cataldi.
